Overview:
The Grief & Loss Yoga Series is a three-week journey designed to support individuals navigating the tender terrain of loss. Combining gentle movement, breathwork, meditation, and reflective practices, this series offers a compassionate space to process grief, reconnect with the body, and cultivate self awareness.

Why This Series Matters:
Grief lives in the body as much as the heart. It can constrict the breath, tighten the muscles, and close us off from connection. Through mindful, trauma-informed yoga, participants are invited to move through their grief at their own pace — honoring loss, releasing tension, and creating room for healing.

What to Expect:

  • Gentle, restorative movement to release emotional and physical tension
  • Breathwork to ground and soothe the nervous system
  • Guided meditation & journaling to explore grief with compassion
  • Integration tools to carry healing practices into daily life

Who It’s For:
Anyone experiencing loss — whether recent or long past — including loss of a loved one, relationship, identity, health, or a way of life. No prior yoga experience is needed; all bodies and emotions are welcome.
